I, William I. May, Jr., hereby call a special meeting of the Frankfort Board of Commissioners for Wednesday, January 9, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. The meeting will recess and reconvene on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at 4:45 p.m.  The meeting will again recess and reconvene Friday, January 11, 2013 at 4:45 p.m.  The meeting will be held in the City Hall Conference Room, 315 West Second Street, and after roll call each day may be closed per KRS 61.810 (1)(f), Personnel, for the purpose of interviewing candidates for the position of City Manager.  Action may be taken in open session.
