A Short Tutorial on how to use the new E-mail using Outlook: The new E-mail system (same E-mail or domain address) can be accessed from the City’s website http://www.frankfort.ky.gov . Click on the Employee E-Mail link on the left side of the home page as shown below. 
The two tutorials below will show you how the new E-mail system works. 
The Outlook Web Access will look like either of the examples below. Please note, the real URL for the email is: https://city-exch1.frankfort.ky.gov/owa and not the ones shown in the sample images. A light version is available by checking the Web Access Light box in Internet Explorer or by using Firefox or other browser. 
Premium is only available from Internet Explorer and should look like this: 
If it is your first time to log in, you will be asked for Outlook Web Access setting. Just click OK to acknowledge the default setting. Once you login you will be taken to your E-mail Inbox which will look like the images below. Please click the Log Off button on the upper right side of the browser when you are finished.
