How is my property zoned? Is it in the floodplain? |

Each property has its own specific zoning and flood zone. The first step is to provide staff with the address of the property or subdivision name and lot number. Staff will then refer to maps of the City and determine the applicable zone. Additional information, such as permitted and conditional uses, setbacks, parking and landscaping requirements is also available to be faxed or copied.
