Reforest Frankfort / Arbor Day Event
Date and time: April 2, 2011 9:00 to 2:00
Place: Benson Creek boat dock off Benson Creek Road.
Reforest Frankfort 2011 will involve citizen volunteers planting roughly 2500 trees on public property along Benson Creek. Tree planters will be given Reforest Frankfort T-shirts. Please click here for a registration form. Planting crews will go out on the half hour 9:30 to 10:30 and 12:30 to 1:30. Wear long pants, sturdy boots and gloves, and be prepared for rain. Please bring a shovel with you. Crew leaders will be there to help you with the planting.
