The Russ Hatter Downtown Walking Tour
The Russ Hatter Historic Walking Tours are Tuesday and Thursday May 12 through August 27, 2009 at 10:30 AM. Adults $5.00 with children 12 and under free. Tours ARE by reservation only at 502-696-0607 and start at the Capital City Museum 325 Ann Street.

Chuck Bogart's Railroad History Walking Tours
The first railroad west of the Allegany Mountains ran from Lexington to Frankfort in the early 1830s. Conductor Chuck Bogart takes you back in time as you experience the railroad's impact on Frankfort. Free Tours at 6:30 PM, Mondays: August 31, September 7, 14, and 28. Reservations required - 502-696-0607.

M u r d e r   a n d    M a y h e m    T o u r s
Every Thursday night in October the Murder and Mayhem Tours offer a glimpse into the "dark side " of Frankfort. Winding through back streets and alleys you'll visit actual sites of thirty murders that occurred from 1825 to the early 1900s in downtown Frankfort. Admission is $10.00 per person. Due to the graphic violence no one 18 or under is permitted. Advance reservations required at 502-696-0607.

Civil War Forts at Leslie W. Morris Park
The 120-acre Leslie W. Morris Park atop Fort Hill features two Civil War forts, the Sullivan House interpretive center, a sheltered picnic pavilion, a scenic downtown Frankfort overlook, modern restrooms, and several hiking trails. Operating hours are 11 AM to 5 PM. Guided Tours available Tuesday through Saturday from Memorial Day to October 31. The park is open to vehicular traffic year round. Free admission.

GHOST TOUR
The Liberty Hall-Fort Hill Ghost Tour is October 30-31. Reservations are available by calling Liberty Hall at 502-227-2560. 

Capital City Museum
Frankfort, KY's Capital City Museum, 325 Ann Street, is open Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM. Free Admission.
