YARD WASTE COLLECTION

Tree brush is collected once a week on the regular garbage day along with household solid waste. Tree limbs shall not exceed Six (6) Inches in diameter, Fifty (50) Pounds in weight or Six (6) Feet in length. Limbs shall be stacked with cut ends facing the street, Not criss-crossed, and placed in piles no bigger than Three (3) Feet high & Ten (10) Feet long

(The City does NOT collect Tree Limbs or Residue as a result of a  private Tree Contractor’s work, property owner or contractor is responsible for the removal of these limbs). Grass clippings make excellent Fertilizer & Conditioner, leave them on the lawn!

Bulky items such as Appliances, old Furniture etc., are picked up on regular  solid waste  collection day, by a separate truck. Items shall be placed alongside other regular garbage/ trash by 7:00  A.M. (Refrigerators & or Freezers must have doors removed and empty)!
