Frankfort Transit

COVID UPDATE: BEGINNING MONDAY. JUNE 8, 2020

 Demand Response:

Frankfort Transit will now be taking reservations for anyone needing Demand Response Services. Please contact the office 24 hours in advance M-F 6am-6pm to make your reservations. Reservations for the next day must be made by 2:30pm the previous day.  Contact number is 502-875-8565.

 Deviated-Fixed Route:

Additional stops and times will be added to both routes.  We will continue using the Saturday service areas with two additional areas covered (see map below).  In addition, extended hours will continue M-F with no mid day break in service.

If you are in need of transportation to any areas that were previously covered with the deviated-fixed route, please contact dispatch at 502-875-8565 for a same day deviation.

Saturday / Holiday service hours and destinations will remain the same.

This is PHASE 1 of Frankfort Transit’s Service Opening.  Passengers may ride for any reason but we are still limited to groups of 10 per bus.  Masks are still highly recommended and social distancing is expected whenever possible.  Due to the high demand on WEST we will run two buses 30 minutes apart M-F.  PHASE 2 will include an additional bus on EAST and the addition of the Fast Connect Route (which services FPB and Social Security). PHASE 2 will be announced on Facebook and new maps will be issued at that time.

Please download the new maps and schedules for the additional pick up times and locations at the link below.
