EMS Training

Frankfort Fire and EMS operates a Kentucky Board of EMS approved Training and Education Institute (TEI). Under the medical direction of Dr. Walter Lubbers and general operational oversight of The Chief Executive Officer, Chief Wayne Briscoe, Frankfort Fire and EMS offers a wide array of initial certifying and continuing education courses.

Offered Courses

Under the current Level III TEI designation, Frankfort Fire and EMS TEI offers the following pre-hospital education:

  • General Continuing Education Courses
